Orders and Shipping

In-Stock orders placed before 11:30 AM IST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day. 

Orders shipped to most places in India are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. 

All international orders ship from India and transit time is usually within 4-5 business days. Please note that this does not include any additional delay in your country’s customs.

During checkout, you will be provided option called ‘ Create an account?’. Just check this box and an account with that email be created for you.

Alternatively, you can also click on the ‘My Account’ link to create a user account.

If you wish to change the shipping address before your order ships, please contact sales@protocentral.com as soon as possible. 

We cannot change the address once the order has shipped. 

You can track the status of all of your orders through the ‘Orders’ option in the ‘My Account’ page.

Your credit card information will NOT be stored by us for any reason. All payment information is maintained by our payment service providers (usually Razorpay or Cashfree).

Good and Services Tax (GST) will be charged for orders that have an India-based Shipping or Billing address. 

For orders outside India, ProtoCentral will not charge sales tax, but customs duty may be charged by your country. This varies from country to country. 

For orders within India, we accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and American Express), UPI, Netbanking and Wallets. 

For orders outside India,  we accept payment through Credt and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). 

The most common reasons where we have seen a payment fail is because:

  • If you are ordering from outside India, international use on your card may not be enabled. Please check with your bank.
  • Incorrect billing address and/or Zip code.
  • Incorrect CVV entered by you (either 3 digit/4-digit codes printed on the front or back of the card)
  • Insufficient funds or credit limits.

If a product in not available in stock, you may be provided with an option to place a pre-order for the product. 

Shipping of backorders usually takes 2-3 weeks for most items. Some may have longer or shorter wait times. 


If you are ordering from outside of India

International orders (outside India)

For orders outside India, ProtoCentral will not charge sales tax, but customs duty may be charged by your country. This varies from country to country. 

Currently we ship to most countries around the world. If you are able to find your country in the dropdown while entering your shipping address, we ship to you. 

If you country is not listed, please contact us at sales@protocentral.com.

For orders international orders,  we accept payment through Credt and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). 

The application of customs duty and the rate of duty depends solely on the destination country’s rules and regulations. Most countries do not charge any import duty for shipment below USD 1000. 

The customer will be responsible for all import duties and tax associated with the order. If you do not pay the duty and clear the shipment on time, it might be returned or destroyed, depending on your country’s policy.

All orders outside of India as shipped solely through DHL Worldwide Express, due to their reliability and coverage. We currently do NOT support any other shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

Only items which are damaged or not working can be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

All products are thoroughly verified by our QA team before shipping. In the rare case of receiving a wrong item, please send us an email to sales@protocentral.com, along with clear photos of the items received and we will help you out.
