This simple board lets you convert low-level digital signals to higher-levels and vice versa. Perfect for 5V to 3.3V interfaces, including I2C interfaces.
If you have tried to interface newer 3.3V sensors/ICs to an Arduino, you would have comes across the problem of logic level convertion. Most of the newer ICs have a 3.3V logic high while the Arduino works with 5V. This boards sits in between to do the convertion both ways.
Since this is based on the BSS138 MOSFETs, it plays well with I2C interfaces. This board can plug into a breadboard with standard 100 mil headers (headers included).
