ProtoCentral Sensything Ox is the wireless successor to OpenOx, rebuilt on the ESP32-S3 with the Texas Instruments AFE4400 pulse-oximetry front-end. It delivers real-time SpO₂, heart rate, and PPG waveforms over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth LE, with an on-board microSD slot for untethered logging.

A Nellcor-compatible fingertip SpO₂ probe is included. Compared to OpenOx, the S3 upgrade brings more RAM, faster networking, and Bluetooth 5, making Sensything Ox a better fit for wearable and long-duration monitoring projects.
