Legacy guide — no longer updated

In Display Mode, the on-board 3.5″ TFT shows the vitals — heart rate, SpO₂, and temperature — as numeric readouts. No waveform plots, no menus. It’s the simplest standalone view of what the HealthyPi 5 is measuring.

The Basic firmware produces this view automatically — flash the Basic image for your display panel (Welcome) and the screen lights up with vitals as soon as you connect the sensors.

Requirements

  • HealthyPi 5 Complete Kit (Basic Kit has no display)
  • USB-C cable for power (not included)

Want plots and waveform display?

For a richer view — live ECG, PPG, and respiration plots with the side-actuated navigation switch to flip between screens — use the dedicated Display firmware. See Display Configuration.
