Home

The Home screen is the default view when you raise your wrist. It shows the time, date, battery level, and two quick health metrics — step count and heart rate.

Navigating from Home

• Tap step count → opens the Activity screen with detailed stats and progress against the daily goal.
• Tap heart rate → opens the Heart Rate screen with trends and the option to stream raw PPG.

Power and brightness

Swipe down from the home screen to access:

• Brightness slider
• Power Off

A lightning bolt appears next to the battery icon whenever Move is connected to a USB-C charger.
